This lacy shrug was crocheted in Noro Silk Garden Sock yarn by me. The pattern came from a design by Jenny King ‘Dolman Sleeve Lacy Shrug’, from ‘Fashions to Flaunt Crocheted with Noro Yarns’. I made the sleeves shorter than in the original design because I ran out of yarn for this project. I made this item in Auckland, New Zealand in 2013 when I was living there.
I made this crocheted lavender pink beret out of 5 ply crepe wool for my mum as a Christmas present, which she received today and she liked it very much. I crocheted the flower in two colours, sewed it on to the beret and added a button to the centre of the flower.
The WordPress.com stats helper monkeys prepared a 2012 annual report for this blog.
Here’s an excerpt:
600 people reached the top of Mt. Everest in 2012. This blog got about 4,400 views in 2012. If every person who reached the top of Mt. Everest viewed this blog, it would have taken 7 years to get that many views.
